Information to be Provided in an Emergency Call
- Location -- Room #, Atwood Hall or C. Emerson Hall.What is happening: Flame and/or smoke. Describe it.
- Describe odor of gas. Are there injuries?
- What was spilled or what is burning. Flammable liquids?
Combustibles?, Acids?, Toxic substances etc. Describe what is involved and in what amounts. Describe potential for spreading.
- Name of caller.
- Stay on phone until dispatcher hangs up.
